What Matlacha and Pine Island does to a window
Matlacha is a strip of fill between two bodies of salt water, and the homes along Pine Island Road and in Matlacha Isles get spray from Matlacha Pass on one side and the back bay on the other. How often should windows be cleaned in Matlacha and Pine Island?

Do you work in the gated communities?
Yes. Most of Pine Island is not gated, but we work in Pine Island Cove, Alden Pines and the private drives in Pineland and Bokeelia where a locked gate is common. Just add us to your gate list or tell us the procedure when you book.
Can you remove hard water spots from sprinklers?
In most cases, yes. Mineral spots from sprinkler overspray need a dedicated treatment rather than regular cleaning. Tell us about them on the quote form and we will look at them on the first visit.
